When do my points expire?

Points will expire every 2 years from the date of purchase.

If I want to change my mobile number, what should I do?

Inform your dedicated sales team member, email us or update your profile on our website.

Can I get multiple rewards in exchange of points?

Yes! For example, if you have 30,000 points, you can either redeem gifts for 10,000 + 20,000 or redeem for a single gift worth 30,000.

Can I redeem all my points or only part of it?

You can redeem part of the points or all the points earned by you. Please refer to the reward catalog section. For example, if you have 10,000 points, you can redeem 6,500 points and carry forward the balance 3,500 points for future redemption.

When can I redeem?

Every July and December, we will open the redemption window.

How can I track my points?

By visiting our website and entering your unique ID number and password, you can view your points summary and track your balance points which will be updated on a monthly basis.

How will my points be credited?

Every time you purchase Bosch eligible spare parts, we will automatically update your account with points gained.

Can I buy any number of automotive parts?

Yes, you can buy any number of Bosch genuine spare parts from our Bosch local agent in your country. However, you will receive points only on the products that are covered in this program. For every Bosch spare parts you purchase, you get points based on the product.

How do I enroll?

Bosch eXtra is an exclusive program for special customers. Membership to the program is primarily by invitation only. All you have to do is contact Bosch local agent in your country.
